Our condo is booked on a 'first come - first served' basis. Unfortunately, there are no 'holds' available due to the limited availability of our unit. However, the good new is - if you are ready to go ahead and secure the condo for your vacation, simply follow these easy steps today. 1. First check our condo availability to make sure your dates are available. 2. If available - visit our rental agreement page - please print out this page and fill in all required information. 3. Include a copy of your drivers license and a deposit check for $350 and mail it to the address listed. Once we receive your information and deposit check, we will notify you in writing with a confirmation, as well as updating our availability calendar on the web site. |
