Please note - there is also an additional $50 cleaning fee. (When renting, a $350 damage deposit is due to hold your dates. At the end of your rental, when our cleaning staff has inspected the condo and reported all is well, we will refund $300 to you upon receipt of our keys. Spring: March 1st - April 17th

Spring officially begins March 1st on the Emerald Coast. Golf, tennis and fishing are perfect. By that time the days are long enough for the Florida sunshine to warm the Gulf waters. You will enjoy balmy days and cool nights just perfect for an early and affordable beach vacation. Many families come down to the beach during spring vacations or for the Easter holidays and for those times accommodations need to be reserved well in advance.

Spring Session #2: April 17th - May 23

Summer: May 23 - August 14th

Memorial Day weekend kicks off the Emerald Coast's fantastic famous beach vacation season. The emerald surf sparkles and the sands bleached sugar white. This is the southern Riviera and there is no other beach vacation spot equal to it in America. This is the season for a family splash, of all water sports...sea breezes build every day for cool shade under the umbrellas or perfect sailing. Warmer water temperatures bring big fish close to shore so few fisher folk go home disappointed. This is the peak season for family vacations.

Late Summer/Fall: August 14 - October 31

Fall on the Emerald Coast is Florida's best kept secret. it's the perfect time to get away for a last long weekend. This is a prime sports season, too. South Walton Beach features annual sportsfest weekends and the Dixie Section PGA Pro-Am/Pro-Pro Tournament. The world famous Destin Fishing Rodeo fills the month of October, while golf and tennis are at their best. The greens are greener and the emerald surf better than island dreams. And Food! Every community and town on the coast has Seafood Festivals on its mind. Take your choice. Fall is fantastic. And affordable.

Winter: October 31 - February 28

Family gatherings at the beach for Thanksgiving and the Christmas/ New Year's holiday times are becoming more and more popular. The weather on the Emerald Coast from mid-November through February varies from sparkling warm and sunny to cool and chilly. We have winter here, but the beach is still spectacular and refreshing. The brilliant white sands bear a striking resemblance to snow drifts, but don't worry-we don't have any winter chores here. Golf and tennis are top sports for this season while rental rates are the lowest of the year.
