Superb! That's how visitors describe the host of excellent restaurants available here. The Emerald Coast is becoming as well known for its great food as its great beaches. Area restaurants, like The Veranda at Henderson Park Inn and Marina Cafe have been noted by expert culinary authorities to be among the top in the State of Florida. Young chefs have moved here from cities such as New Orleans and Baton Rouge to prepare fresh caught Gulf seafood. The food is prepared simply for the unbeatable taste of fresh seafood. This does not mean that the Emerald Coast can't cut the beef. Excellent prime beef may be the perfect finish to stay at the beach.
